We have a fee table in iBank which Cornerstone created based on an Excel sheet we provide. This table periodically needs updating when fee codes are added or descriptions modified.
- The most current fee codes and descriptions in Central Command are in this report which can be exported to Excel:
- Depending on amount of updates the above step may not be necessary
- Compare the above sheet with the Service Fees excel sheet on SharePoint which will be sent to Cornerstone
- Use the Friendly Name for the fee description
- We are limited to 50 characters
- Make modifications where necessary
- Email Cornerstone Support - prior cases as a reference 00464824 and 00451178
- Copy file FEECODES.dbf from the top level of one of the Central Command export directories and place on SharePoint in our iBank > Service Fees folder
- https://directhub.dt.com/technology/Shared Documents/iBank/Service Fees
- Email to CIS example:
- Cornerstone support had created the attached FEECODES table based on the attached spreadsheet.
- We need the table FEECODES.dbf updated again. The prior cases where this was done is 00451178 and 00464824.
- Attach the updated Service Fees - CIS table update Excel sheet
- Attach example of the table feecodes.dbf table already placed on SharePoint
- Copy file FEECODES.dbf from the top level of one of the Central Command export directories and place on SharePoint in our iBank > Service Fees folder
- Once feecodes.dbf file is received back from CIS, all top level folders for Central Command export needs to have current feecodes.dbf file replaced with new
- We should replace in one instance to test and run the export
- Review some fees prior to the data doctorsbeing run
- Navigate to: Process data > Review/Edit Records > uncheck option on top > Change selection from All Records to Records w/Services Data on top right
- Click Go > Review Services tab for a handful of fees
- The description will be something similar to Service Fee (look up what this will say)
- Run data doctors and review the fees again to see if the Service Descriptions were updated
- Some descriptions will only say Service Fee, but this is expected
- Proceed and replace feecodes.dbf in the top level folders for the Central Command exports
