Admin good to use reports:

Company Users- run monthly and save so you have the users and passwords if needed to log onto others accounts for troubleshooting

UDID check (Saved Filter Custom report)- shows all standard and custom reporting fields captured for a client. Assists in troubleshooting missing or new custom field requests and assignments.
