How to Add UDID fields to Standard Reports

Standard Reports that allow for additional UDID fields:

• Air Activity
• Transaction Analysis by Credit Card
• Electronic Invoice – Combined
• Fare Savings Reports (Air, Car, & Hotel)
• Weekly Traveler Activity
   

NOTE: No other standard reports allow UDID fields to be added. A custom report is needed for all other UDID requirements.

Adding UDID Fields:

Under the Report Settings tab, click the UDID button:

NOTE: The only way to add UDID fields is with the UDIDS button – not with Available Filters.

Enter the UDID # and Label values.

 Click Close or ‘X’, then run report.
